OVERVIEW
The Black Supper Club (BSC) Annual Membership Fee ensures that members have access to register for priority seating at all of our events. BSC Membership is REQUIRED to attend and register for all events. Event registrations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each member must register to attend the event. Purchasing a Membership DOES NOT guarantee the member registration for an event nor secure a ticket/seat.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
By securing your BSC Membership you gain access to member-only information & will have priority to register & attend events for the Member. Membership also allows you to invite non-members to become members. Any member who attends SIX (6) Events within one calendar year will be invited to become a VIP Member. Please do not share BSC communication or resources with non-members.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
Membership plans must be renewed each calendar year, and are valid from the time of purchase until December 31, of the same year.
RESTRICTIONS
Membership Plans CAN NOT be transferred or reassigned.
TERMS + CONDITIONS
Examples of policies which may result in immediate termination of membership are not limited to but include:
* Misrepresentation of age or info submitted to Black Supper Club
* Sharing confidential event, website, registration, access codes, location or any relevant, patron personal/confidential information
* Rude, disrespectful, harassing or threatening behavior towards our guests, staff members or event partners, either in person, via phone or email
* Membership may be terminated at the discretion of a staff member with or without notice or cause at any time
*Please Note: Members, Partners, Volunteers, Sponsors, etc. are responsible for the actions of their guest(s).
MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION:
Members may cancel their membership at anytime by emailing info@BigBlackBrunch.com. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our events, the approval and clearance process and donation/payment deadlines, as well as stated on the event page, throughout our website, at the Point of Sale website and in your confirmation email, Black Supper Club event membership/registrations/sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, whatsoever.
An immediate termination of membership, rejection and/or ejection from an event, forfeiture of membership and all event registration-related costs and a ban on future membership and/or attending any future Black Supper Club event may occur if member is found to be in breach of our Website Terms, Conditions of Use and Policies, violates any rules or policies.
