how do I become a member?

BSC Annual Membership Fee ensures that members have priority seating at all of our events. Membership is REQUIRED to attend and register for all events. Purchasing a Membership IS NOT a registration of an event and does not guarantee the member registration for an event.

how do I register for events once i become a member?

Membership DOES NOT guarantee admission to Black Supper Club Events. Event registration is required to attend any BSC event and is on on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can i transfer my membership?

Membership Plans CAN NOT be transferred or reassigned. 

when does the membership expire?

All memberships expire on December 31st of each year, regardless of when you registered. Membership plans must be renewed each calendar year, and are valid from the time of purchase until December 31, of the same year. We do not offer pro-rated memberships. The $500 per person membership must be paid in full at registration.  You will be notified in December that you will need to renew your status.

what is the refund policy?

We maintain a NO REFUND/ALL SALES FINAL Policy. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our events, the approval and clearance process and donation/payment deadlines, as well as stated on the event page, throughout our website, at the Point of Sale website and in your confirmation email, Black Supper Club event membership/registrations/sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, whatsoever. 

can i cancel my membership before december 31?

Yes, you may cancel your membership at anytime, however we are unable to refund your membership registration fee.
